Communications Agreement

Definitions

The following definitions apply to this agreement:

“Marc Joseph Realty, Inc.” refers to the registered real estate brokerage located in Ft. Meyers Florida operating under the legal name “Marc Joseph Realty, Inc.”

The “Jankowski Home Team” refers to a group (team) of agents of Marc Joseph Realty, Inc. (Daniel Jankowski and Kellie Jankowski) who choose to market their services as a real estate team.

The “Communications Agreement” refers to this entire webpage and all of it’s contents.

The “referring page” refers to any webpage, form, or other online content created by agents of Marc Joseph Realty that links to this webpage.

Express written consent

By submitting your contact information on our website, social media, social media ads or other online forms that refer to this privacy policy, you provide us with excess written permission for us to send communications to the email you have provided and the phone number have provided for up to 90 days after you have submitted your contact information.

Permission to contact you

You agree to provide agents of Marc Joseph Realty, Inc. permission to contact you via the methods listed below (“methods of contact”) or other methods you provide to us for the purposes listed below (“purposes of contact”) with content that may be of a marketing or transactional nature, or marketing and transactional nature for up to 90 days after the acceptance of this agreement.

  • Social media comments

  • Social media messaging

  • USPS Mail

Purposes of contact

Marc Joseph Realty, Inc and it’s agents may contact you for purposes including but not limited to the following:

  • to provide information

  • to market our services

  • to provide services to you

Permission to display ads

You agree to give Marc Joseph Realty and it’s agents permission to use the information you have provided or have agreed to provide to display ads to you on social media and other online platforms.
